Returns/Refunds Policy

At Sportona Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- To start a return, please contact us at support@sportonashop.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return address.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Supplements or nutrition products
- Opened personal care or fitness items (e.g., bottles, towels, gloves)
- Gift cards or digital downloads
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
5. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or item, we’ll happily exchange it (subject to stock availability). You’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
